The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is essential for ensuring smooth church administrative operations and providing excellent customer service. Duties Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary. Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all operational documents are easily accessible. Serve as a receptionist, greeting office guests and managing their inquiries with professionalism. Support our accounting process utilizing QuickBooks for purchase request management, invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Provide exceptional customer service to our church community & staff, supporting their needs promptly. Assist in office operational tasks, including event management, weekend service preparation for pastoral teams & supply ordering. Support Executive Pastoral team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity. Skills Strong calendar management skills to coordinate schedules effectively. Excellent organizational abilities to keep the office running smoothly. Experience in church operations/administration is preferred but not required. Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks is advantageous. Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Competent in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
