Administrative Assistant 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 525 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 12 month contract to start out Workers at this level provide administrative support to all work groups in the organization. Support will space cross regionally, i.e. Carolinas, FL, MW, Projects and Governance. Uses business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) to process invoicing, badge activation, prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. Maintains Excel reports, training templates, files and calendars. Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses/time sheets.
