6-8 years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting senior executives Someone who is not easily flustered, mature and ability to pivot between priorities Not a must have but someone who has temped at HON before would be great Someone who is proactive and not reactive Performs a variety of administrative functions supporting multiple leaders. Schedules appointments, transcribes notes, and assists with presentations. Travel coordination. Handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Must have Strong Outlook. Concur knowledge is a plus
