Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth communication across teams. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking skills and a strong command of office productivity tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound calls while providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records for various projects.
- Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication by managing both inbound and outbound calls.
- Support office operations by organizing and maintaining files and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or front office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle inbound/outbound calls.
