This position will report to the Vice President of Operations and the Director of Preconstruction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and manage contract and subcontract documents Support the Project Management Department with: Contract change orders Purchase orders and vendor management Other duties and special projects as assigned Support the Preconstruction Department with: Bid document management Subcontractor and supplier solicitations Assist with pre-qualification packages including document and content creation Coordinating project hand-off meetings between preconstruction and operations Document organization and Autodesk setup Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Operations

QUALIFICATIONS
