Performs clerical duties for the body shop department. Assist with any calls, emails, or special situations for all team members that need special attention to maintain a good experience for the customer. Files repair orders and other records, preparing them for scanning. Provides backup support for any porter or service clerical position on an as-needed basis. Prepares and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices. Contacting extended warranty companies for claim approval, discrepancies or other items required for claim payment Maintain schedules pertaining to extended service contracts, insurance receivables and other assigned items Receives, counts, and pays out cash – maintaining appropriate cash on hand for use daily and getting additional funds from the bank when needed. Work with the team to ensure customers receive the best possible experience. Assists with any part runs between the departments to help maintain efficiency. Maintains the clean appearance of the customer lounge and coffee machine while contacting the company for repairs when needed. Assists with making sure the TV’s in the customer lounge are on the appropriate channel daily. Stocking/organizing the supplies and printer supplies for the dealership, ordering when necessary. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter. Maintains professional appearance and neat work area

Qualifications:

Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience (must be provided during interview process). Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process. Excellent communication skills. Strong amount of emotional intelligence. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.
