Third shift: Monday – Friday 10:30 pm – 7:00 am, with unpaid 30-minute lunch. Flexibility as needed.
Overview:
We’re looking for an organized and professional Administration Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll support various administrative functions, including managing client files, handling correspondence, and assisting with audits. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support:
Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with client requests. Ensure all client information is accurate and confidential. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Client File Management:
Maintain and update client records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Ensure all client files are organized and comply with state and federal regulations. Prepare records for archiving as needed.
Financial & Billing Support:
Verify client insurance information and determine eligibility. Collect payments and set up payment plans. Audit billing statements and ensure collections are balanced.
Administrative Support:
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence. Assist with special projects and quality assurance activities. Keep orientation packets, brochures, and schedules up to date.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of healthcare administration experience preferred, especially in substance use disorder treatment. Proficient with MS Office and electronic health record systems. Valid NC or SC Driver’s License required.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
