Full Job Description Summary:
Assists front office by working with staff to meet the managerial needs of the school, staff and parents. Performs tasks such as making copies, delivering items to classrooms and any other tasks deemed necessary to aid in the smooth operations of the front office.
Essential Duties:
Retrieves, alphabetizes and files paperwork. Makes copies. Performs data entry. Collects mail and correspondence Makes copies of information Delivers inter-office materials Participates in and conducts school tours Greets customers and answers general questions Performs related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Completion of a CMS Comprehensive High School Program, Certification of Attendance/Completion Desirable High School Diploma Knowledge / Skills /
Abilities:
Knowledge of spelling, vocabulary, math and grammar skills appropriate to the level of the position. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to meet provide effective and responsive customer service. Ability to maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record. Ability to operate basic office equipment. Licensing /
Certification Requirements:
None Physical Requirements:
The work is requires sitting, walking and standing. It requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. The work requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. The work at times requires bending, squatting, reaching, with the ability to lift, carry, push or pull light weights.
