Full Job Description Job Summary:
Seeking an organized and customer-focused Warranty and Service Coordinator. Duties include managing all warranty claims and service coordination. This role functions as the key liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams. It ensures timely, accurate, and efficient resolution of service and warranty issues for the siding and roofing division.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, to ensure timely inspections, service calls, and repairs. Receive, evaluate, and process warranty claims and service requests. Maintain detailed records in the company’s database. Communicate with team members to facilitate smooth operations. Work closely with field technicians to assign work orders, review findings, and ensure completion of service items. Verify warranty coverage based on project scope, materials used, and installation dates.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support.
