Duties Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Assist patients with inquiries regarding their treatment plans and billing questions. Support dental staff by preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments as needed. Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they understand their appointments and procedures.
