Job Description
Description In this highly visible position, we are seeking a motivated, engaging, energetic, and flexible individual that will create that positive first impression in our Charlotte, NC office. This position will have daily interactions with Senior Executives of the company as well as other Charlotte leaders and colleagues along with their guests, including facilities property management and vendors.
Responsibilities include:
Facilities are maintained and ready for guests and Executive Leadership visits daily. Provides support to the other Executive Assistants and lines of business in the Charlotte office. Supports visitor and vendor access, dissemination of communications related to property management or boarder office communications, leadership visit coordination, processing special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements, coordinating meeting room reservations, scheduling appointments, assisting with various travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, stocking break areas, inputting work and facilities requests as needed, receiving all deliveries to the Executive Suite, and/or other general administrative and clerical support (that can successfully be completed without leaving the executive area). Early morning or evening work is occasionally required for bank functions, or vendor needs. Other miscellaneous manual tasks may be assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3 or more years of recent/relevant administrative experience supporting multiple senior level executives required 3 or more years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products –
Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service skills both via the phone or in-person Ability to successfully multitask in a highly visible, fast-paced environment. CML Exempt Status:
