Lice Treatment Technician to join our team at Pediatric Hair Solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service and care to our clients. The Office Technician will play a key role in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care to children and their families. Training is provided for the right candidate! Responsibilities Diagnose and treat head lice Answering phone and scheduling appointments Clerical tasks Managing appointments Educating patients and our community regarding head lice Requirements Previous experience in an office setting preferred, especially in healthcare. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer interaction. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to empathize, calm and soothe tense individuals Strong customer service skills Ability to understand scientific facts and concepts Shift hours would be Monday

• 6PM and Fridays 9:45AM
• 5PM.
