Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and photocopying. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Assist with managing office supplies and inventory. Prepare and distribute correspondence and memos as needed. Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy retrieval. Facilitate communication between departments and team members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
