JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with the payment program providers (Coupa and Bank of America) to create and execute campaigns to increase supplier enrollment and engagement.
- Convert existing virtual card suppliers to the new electronic payment platform.
- Develop training resources and conduct sessions for internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure their ongoing participation in the program.
- Act as the main point of contact for program-related inquiries, providing exceptional support to both suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain and update supplier payment account information and records.
- Regularly update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Improve program efficiency by maintaining a knowledge base ofmon questions and solutions.
- Ensure adnce topliance standards, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley).
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment exceptions, such as duplicates and discrepancies.
- Analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for senior management on program performance, supplier participation, and financial oues.
- Test and validate system updates to ensure alignment with program needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to virtual payments.
- Suggest innovative solutions to enhance the virtual payment program.
Minimum Qualifications- - Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a continuous improvement mindset.
Desired Experience - Experience in supplier enablement, product management, or a related role in fintech or payments.
- Familiarity with the Coupa Source to Pay platform.
- Experience in the retail automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of virtual card solutions and electronic payment systems.
- Experience with a large scale project rollout
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
