About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Business Execution Consultant in Technology as part of Technology Management and Strategy. This candidate will focus on cloud and datacenter transformation program as a leader of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP) Program Management Office (PMO)

  • Risks & Issues portfolio governance.

The consultant will be responsible for identifying, documenting, escalating, and driving remediation of Risk and Issues impacting the multi-year DISP. In this role, you will: + Act as a top subject matter professional for Business Execution who leads highly complex, large, and cross organizational strategic initiatives with companywide impact + Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of business + Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, broad reaching + Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international business + Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives that significantly influence the company’s business + Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groups + Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations

Required Qualifications:

+ 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 8+ years of Identifying Risk and Issues experience

Desired Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience leading significant change in a large, complex technology organization + 3+ years of experience with cloud migrations and/or datacenter moves + Proven ability to effectively identify, document, and communicate complex problems, in writing and verbally, at the executive level + Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective long-term solutions to complex problems + Experience in designing and executing governance programs of large-scale change initiatives + Highly organized, self-starter who can operate effectively in a dynamic and complex environment + Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite + Experience with process engineering, metrics, and reporting on production delivery across a diverse set of technological areas

Job Expectations:

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + Position offers a hybrid work schedule + Relocation assistance is not available for this position
