We build decks, patios, screened porches, sunrooms, and much more. We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Administrator who will be crucial in ensuring smooth project execution through bookkeeping support, quality control, plan coordination, and permit management. Duties:

Bookkeeping and accounting support Quality Control of project information Coordination of drawings and plans Permit preparation and submission including contact with building departments Assistance in office administrative tasks The skills required to be considered for this position include: Previous experience with accounting programs, i.e. QuickBooks College degree preferred in Accounting or related field, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and with internet-based CRM software Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a busy environment Attention to detail and a drive to do quality work Strong written and verbal communication skills This is a full-time position that includes good pay and full benefits for the right candidate.
