The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities Professionalism:

Project Management:

Support field project managers from start to finish with all aspects of projects (including precontract and post-contract) Price plans and projects; solicit quotes as needed Plan, prepare, create, track project budgets Manage project scheduling with the aim to deliver projects on schedule Sub-contractor communication and coordination Serve as point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, etc Vendor setup, proposals, insurance, and W-9 information Client relations and pre/post-production follow-up Attend client meetings as needed Manage clients with tasks related to their project o Manage and track warranty items Permit applications, utility applications Assist with special projects Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Administrative Support and Development:

Systems and procedures documentation and development Technology development and implementation (JobTread) Track change orders, client payments, and bank draws File Management Scan, upload documents to file server o Permit filing; interface with municipalities Meet as needed with supervisor and team Some travel may be required including client meetings and project site visits Assist with preparing contracts as needed o Clients follow up and reviews Skills Proficiency in use of Microsoft products for document management and collaborations Experience with requirements analysis to effectively gather and define project needs. Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation. Familiarity with quality management principles to uphold high standards in deliverables. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
