Service Associate Southlake Psychiatry Davidson, NC 28036 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with various medical office services. Executing all office administrative duties. Duties Greet patients and answer multi-line phone system in a professional manner. Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with patients and families on a wide variety of sensitive situations. Using computer system to check in, check out and schedule patient appointments. Enters and maintains confidential and accurate patient information including patient insurance, billing and patient information throughout patient experience. Insurance Authorizations. Assist in obtaining authorizations for visits and medications. Works closely as a team to ensure a efficient and smooth front office operation. Multi tasking is a must Creating letters and correspondence. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED or greater. Ability to multi task within a busy medical practice. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Computer competence, ability to work within Electronic Health system. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Ability to balance at end of day , compile bank deposit. Adaptable to different office needs.
