Mallard Creek Family Dentistry is a cosmetic, restorative practice located in the University/Mallard Creek area. We look forward to hearing from you. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries via multi-line phone systems. Process dental collections and insurance claims. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and effective patient service. Maintain office organization and assist with clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in dental administrative support and front desk operations Strong computer skills Knowledge of dental terminology, and HIPAA regulations Excellent patient service and customer service skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel Experience with multi-line phone systems and medical records management
