- Fri•8am•5pm The Bulk Sales Support Administrator serves as a primaryadministrative operations contact providing administrative supportto the Bulk Gas side which may include answering phones andassisting customers with questions, data investigation, reportingand maintaining documentation and process of all shipment tickets,daily production records, billing, material planning, purchaseorders and inventory and quality control.
- Maintain customer gas and equipment pricing in relevantdatabases
- Maintain equipment, maintenance, and technician records in SAP
- Monitor and provide administrative support related to state vesselinspection records
- Daily billing of regional microbulk deliveries with relatedsupport (provide POD’s, request PO’s, general billingquestions)
- Administrative support for sales team (proposals, agreements,amendments, sales reports, etc)
- Other administrative duties as necessary to support the regionalbulk business
- Data entry of customer accounts, contract maintenance andpricing, and entry of customer credits into SAP.
- Assists in maintaining, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Researches customer issues as it pertains to invoicing, cylinderbalances, or any other account information ________________________ Are you a MATCH?

Required Education/Licensing:
High School Diploma or GED Required. Associate’s degree orhigher preferred.
Required Length & Type of Experience:
Prior administrative support experience preferably in thewelding or gas industry and/or supporting sales. In lieu ofexperience, may consider additional education beyond the minimumrequired as a trade-off. Prior experience using SAP and/or databases a plus.

Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, and Outlook).
