Job Description

Description We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Workplace Services Office Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in office coordination, vendor management, and customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests and vendors, ensuring a detail-oriented and friendly experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and coordinating package deliveries.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of office and kitchen spaces to ensure they are fully stocked and well-maintained.
  • Assist with light furniture setup and arrangement for office events and meetings.
  • Provide support for audio-visual equipment during events and presentations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a productive office environment.
  • Respond promptly to employee requests related to office services and supplies. Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, office coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with mail handling processes, including incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Experience with vendor management and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift and handle light furniture or supplies for event setup.
