Division Three is seeking an employee to serve as Administrative Support for the Division Office. The position is located on Barbados Blvd in Castle Hayne. This position will work as the Division Training Coordinator, NCVIP Liaison (employee performance), and help other departments as needed. This employee must be detail orientated, self-motivated, and have the skills necessary to successfully manage and maintain multiple projects and assignments. They must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and complete all aspects of assigned duties with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality. This employee must use courtesy and tact in performing contact and communication duties that may be sensitive in nature. They must be willing to learn new procedures and have the flexibility to adapt to constant changes. The work schedule for this position will be 8:30am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies Applicants must submit an application that clearly reflects work experience that demonstrates the following: Experience with Microsoft Office using programs such as Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Experience in office procedures such as data entry, filing, and records management. Experience with recording, compiling, summarizing, and analyzing data. Demonstrated ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in written form – adjusting language or terminology to meet the needs of the audience. Demonstrated ability to establish and provide working relationships with internal and external customers while providing quality customer service.
