JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant (Community Specialist) to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Community Specialist include providing support to our managers, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous administrative experience and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Community Specialist should assist in the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Provide administrative support for Association Managers Assist with answering incoming calls Prepare and mail general correspondence Respond to emails, telephone calls and other communications from homeowners related to the community or their account Assist with and process Architectural Reviews Assist with managing reservations and access for Community Amenities Set up meetings and mail meeting notices General administrative duties such as scanning, copying, filing, and opening and distributing incoming mail
QUALIFICATIONS
