This full-time, salary-based position is ideal for someone fluent in English and Spanish , with strong skills in administration, accounting, and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to both staff and clients. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally Assist in scheduling and managing calendars for new roof installations. Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office software. Create and manage documents using Microsoft Excel and Word Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing supplies. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Support staff and management with various administrative duties. Keep the office organized and running efficiently Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Fluent in English and Spanish – preferred Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
