We are currently seeking Service coordinators to join our Service department here at Brock Cabinets. Job Description Build and maintain good relationships with Builders/Homeowners. Monitor builder schedules and set expectations for service requests. Work closely with the assigned builder(s) to eliminate “dry runs”. Research and order any missing inventory to resolve incomplete orders. Work closely with the scheduling, warehouse, and delivery teams. Follow workflow procedures throughout the department.
