What You’ll Do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across the leadership team and the Chapel Hill office. You’ll be responsible for high-level administrative support to leaders and oversee key aspects of office management. This position requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, COO, CCO, and CRO—managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating timely, professional communication. Manage internal and external correspondence, prioritizing messages and ensuring timely follow-up and response. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally to support special projects and high-priority initiatives led by senior leadership. Act as a gatekeeper and problem-solver, managing access to executive time and aligning priorities. Oversee local office operations including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks as needed. What You Bring to the

Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role, ideally supporting senior leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar and travel management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
