The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy as needed. Assist with billing healthcare claims. Communicate with residents, family members, insurance companies, Department of Social Services, etc regarding billing Assist with collection efforts for outstanding balances Run errands for the office as needed. Handle filing, data entry, and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information. Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations. Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the office. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure proper billing. Coordinate with the accounts payable department to ensure our vendors are paid timely. Skills Proficient in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette for effective communication.
