Personal Assistant/Office Support Titan Flow Control, Inc. Lumberton, NC 28358 Are you a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive individual seeking a unique opportunity? We are actively recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Office Support position to provide unparalleled support to a busy owner and office support for a busy and growing company that typically involves a blend of personal, administrative and office support tasks. This includes accurately inputting customer orders, managing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service as well as answering and transferring phone calls and greeting visitors and taking messages. The position often requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with owner, customers and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Run essential errands ensuring a smooth and efficient daily life. Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the owner, maintaining professionalism and discretion. Take charge of making travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless journeys for the owner with meticulous attention to detail. Organize event planning tasks, such as scheduling meetings, booking venues, arranging catering, and managing event logistics. Conduct comprehensive research for business and personal matters. Expertly coordinate and manage appointments and schedules for the owner and staff. Scan, file, and meticulously organize important documents and records, maintaining a seamless information flow. Provide administrative support, including data entry and office support. Accurately input customer orders into the company’s system, ensuring timely processing and completion. Address customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with general office tasks like filing, organizing, and maintaining records. Assist with customer support activities, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Skills:
Proven experience as a personal assistant as well as previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail. Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
