Duties/Responsibilities:

Support three departments with day-to-day needs Make departmental purchases and reconciles credit cards through financial management software Obtain quotes, creates purchase orders, and sends/submits invoices through financial management system Assist with enrollment and management of student data and information via a university-wide student management system Assist with planning and organizing department-led campus events Coordinate and maintain a process for administrative oversight of practicum/internship placement Coordinate travel and reimbursement for faculty and staff Coordinate campus-based visits, including but not limited to, faculty/staff interviews, student tours, and accreditation site visits Assist with accreditation site visits and deliverables Assist with data collection required for program outcomes. Assist with social media and/or other marketing endeavors Assist with scheduling and upkeep of schedules and calendars Assist with grants and contracts as needed. Maintain regular, predictable attendance on campus and communication with the three units Engage in other job duties/responsibilities may be assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Associate’s degree or higher At least five years of experience working in an office and/or organizational setting Strong skills in organization and management, particularly with oversight of multiple and complex departments.
