All work will be completed on site at Wingate University main campus, with weekly hours not to exceed 25 hours between 8:30 am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Reconciling data from current system to Workday
Inputting information into a student information system and/or Excel
Assisting students or faculty with academic questions during testing down time
Other related department duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in higher education academic operations is encouraged, but not required.
Knowledge of G-Mail, Google Drive, and Excel is preferred
Experience with Workday preferred
Exceptional proficiency with technology and virtual platforms
and learning management systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
