Assistant Vice President of Preconstruction Position Overview Precision Plumbing is seeking a highly organized and proactive Preconstruction Administrative Assistant to support our Preconstruction team. This individual will assist with estimating, project coordination, and communication efforts during the preconstruction phase. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining a professional and cooperative work environment while balancing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Pre-Construction, Assistant VP and Estimators Develop and maintain relationships with General Contractors, vendors, and internal team members Interpret blueprints, specifications, and fixture schedules to aid in obtaining competitive bids Manage and update the Bid Schedule, including entering new projects, tracking status changes, and pricing updates Organize and maintain estimate folders and department files using ShareFile Assist in the preparation and maintenance of preconstruction proposals and presentations Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed Position Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills, with a professional demeanor and excellent telephone etiquette Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks Technologically current and eager to stay updated on relevant software and tools Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times Positive, self-starting attitude with the ability to handle challenges Cooperative team player who maintains productive relationships with colleagues
Requirements Education:
High school diploma required; some college preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in an administrative support role
Technical:
