Job Description

Administrative Assistant Wake Preparatory Academy Wake Forest, NC 27587 Charter One works with schools across the country to provide all-inclusive education management services. At Charter One we pride ourselves on our thorough knowledge of charter school operations, academics, finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, and more. We handle the day-to-day work so that client school boards can focus on governance and policy issues to be sure that the vision and mission of the school are being carried out properly. Wake Preparatory Academy (6-12) is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant for the 2025-2026 academic school year . Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check. The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative functions for overall office coordination, and is expected to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, innovation, student success, integrity, and diversity in the performance of job duties.

Essential Functions:

Maintain calendars for Campus Administration as needed. Based on new student enrollments and withdrawals, maintain all academic databases. Under direction of Campus Administration, distribute curriculum, and update and keep record of curriculum inventory. Assist with student state testing as needed. Assist with tours as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
