We’re looking for someone who thrives on managing priorities, keeps things moving forward, someone who is a problem solver, who enjoys juggling a variety of duties, and doesn’t break a sweat doing it. If you’ve ever balanced school with a full-time job, managed a bar shift while writing a paper, or found yourself being the person everyone turns to when something just needs to get done , you’re probably our kind of person. This is a real job with real responsibilities, working directly with the President of our group, across multiple areas: Admin, HR, Legal, Travel, Vendor Relations, and more. You’ll be in the thick of it, helping run the day-to-day while keeping an eye on what’s coming around the corner. We want you to grow as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

Keep the wheels turning (Admin + Office Support):

  • Order and track items while keeping the office running smoothly.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare documents and reports.
  • Handle random requests without needing a step-by-step guide.
  • Be the go-to person for getting technical support or setting up new hires. Handle “people stuff” (HR-ish duties with help from consultants):
  • Assist employees with contracts, documents, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Track payroll inputs and reimbursements.
  • Assist with immigration documents while maintaining HR records are accurate. Support the President (Executive Assistant role):
  • Own the calendar, protect and value their time, and make it count.
  • Coordinate travel (sometimes international) and make sure details are tight.
  • Be the filter and the follow-up, make sure the important items don’t slip. You might be a great fit if:
  • You have 2-3+ years of experience with roles that require fast thinking, switching gears often, and staying organized under pressure.
  • You don’t shy away from a heavy workload, knowing that the team has your back.
  • You have worked in Admin, HR, Operations, or even run point at a busy restaurant or startup.
  • You are comfortable with
Technology:

Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and whatever else helps get the job done.

  • You know how to keep calm when things change fast and people are looking to you for answers.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience supporting executives.
  • Know your way around U.S. employment basics and HR workflows.
  • Good with vendors, policies, and small but important details.
