This role will be focused on administrative and office tasks supporting our team members and customers. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a positive and superior customer focus.

Job Description:

Rotate reception duties with

Customer Service Team:

Admit and greet visitors and employees. Maintain check-in sheet. Answer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard and transfer as determined.

Mail management:

Visit post office daily to retrieve mail. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Mail outgoing packages via FedEx or USPS. Organize, order, and maintain office supplies. Assist in updating email distribution lists. Create daily and ad hoc reports. Assist the administrator on multiple digital platforms (JB Hub, SevenFifty, GlobalWorx, GoSpotCheck, DiPA). Handle customer administration including setting up new customer accounts, updating customer information, and performing customer depletion as necessary. Track expired, suspended, and cancelled customer state alcohol permits daily. Perform routine manual permit checks monthly. Enter holiday delivery schedules. Assist Credit Manager with credit requests from chain customers by researching, collecting supporting documentation, and digitizing invoices. Scan and index important confidential files and maintain the document management system. Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as assigned. Fill in and assist other team members as needed.

Requirements:

In office Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required. 2+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative/support position. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Fast and accurate typing skills. Proficient with 10-key. AS400/IBMi experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Effective problem-solving skills when encountering new and unique challenges Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen; criminal background check and physical.
