Business Services Coordinator I-Temporary Solutions State of North Carolina – Office of State Human Resources Wake County, NC Description of Work This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay:

$25.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 695 Palmer Dr, Raleigh, NC 27603. This position ensures that monthly Financial Status Reports (FSR), Invoices, Direct Payments, and Cash Advances are processed accurately in accordance with state and departmental rules, regulations, policies and directives by: Entering Invoices and FSRs daily in FSR log from emails received in FSR inbox Verifying contract information on FSR template for accuracy and completeness Verifying that FSR month is correct Verifying all required signatures are there on FSRs Verifying that vendor is not on Suspension List Verifying in NCFS that funds requested to pay FSR are still available on the Purchase Order Analyzing discrepancies between payments, funding and remaining PO balances Collaborating with DHHS Controller’s Office, Office of Procurement, Contracts and Grants (OPCG), Budget Office, contracts team, and program staff to resolve FSR issues Updating Invoice/FSR log for FSRs sent to DHHS Controller’s Office for payments and payments processed in NCFS Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /

Minimum Education and Experience:
