Position:

Estimating Coordinator The Estimating Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales/estimating team, internal operations, and management. This position involves performing a wide range of administrative tasks to help the team meet deadlines and objectives, while enhancing efficiency and responsiveness within the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties Client Proposals :

Send proposals to clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Estimating Support :

Assist the Estimating Department by inputting job bids daily.

Job Records Management :

Create and maintain job records in the company program, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

Insurance Procurement :

Procure Certificates of Insurance for active projects, maintaining compliance and project readiness.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma 3 Years of Administrative experience Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Basic computer/IT troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for creation/editing of fillable PDF documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work comfortably with all levels of employees and be a team player Ability to multitask Knowledge of using basic office equipment like copiers, scanners, printers, and fax
