Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Handle daily dispatching of drivers and trucks to ensure efficient route completion. Prepare and process paperwork, including tickets, logs, billing, and other administrative forms. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Provide coverage for other dispatchers and scale attendants as needed. Accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks using the scale system. Enter and maintain data in company software systems. Assist management with various clerical tasks and special projects. Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and customers to resolve any issues. Perform other office and yard duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, office administration, or waste industry preferred. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry). Ability to learn company-specific software and scale systems. Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist in multiple roles as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required.
