Description of Work

  • The Recruitment Range for This Position is $28,194 – $35,351
  • This position is funded in part through federal funds
  • The purpose of the Administrative Associate II is to support the Reproductive Health Branch through a variety of administrative, clerical, and office support duties.

The position requires some knowledge of the Women, Infant, and Community Wellness Section programs and procedures in order to communicate information involving programs, functions, and services.

The position responsibilities include:

Assisting staff acquire computers, software, IT support, and office equipment Ordering office supplies and other items
Scheduling conference/meeting logistics Public contact answering section office telephone Mail distribution Printing and copying of documents and materials
Organizing and maintaining files
Processing of invoices, travel reimbursements, travel and meeting requests
Preparation of documents and reports
Setting up surveys in Survey Monkey and pulling data from surveys
Assisting staff with projects/activities/meetings as the need arises About the

Proven experience facilitating the flow of work and coordinating office support activities with other staff; and maintaining internal and external contacts for work coordination.
