We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individualto join our team as a Remote Customer Service / Data Entry /Virtual Assistant . This is a fully remote position offeringflexibility, growth potential, and the opportunity to support afast-paced team from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in aprofessional and timely manner Accurately enter and update customerand product data in internal systems Perform general administrativetasks including scheduling, file management, and data organizationAssist with managing emails, calendars, and follow-up tasks forteam members Provide support for online orders, product inquiries,and account management Maintain a high level of attention to detailand confidentiality
Requirements:
Proven experience in customerservice, administrative support, or data entry Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills Strong organizational andtime-management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in aremote setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,and/or CRM tools Reliable internet connection and a quiet homeoffice setup
