Service Input Clerk 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars West Lebanon, NH 03784 As a Service Input Clerk you will process service work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness before billing. Your goal will be to manage and process service work orders accurately and promptly, including tasks like reviewing billing accuracy and maintaining service-related accounts. Your success will be effectively collaborating with technicians and service managers.

Employee & Family Assistance Program Your Responsibilities:
Efficiently process and post service work orders, ensuring next-day completion Verify work order accuracy before initiating billing procedures Manage service-related account updates and document gas check and tank data Conduct thorough audits of Gas Check/Leak test forms and maintain accurate records Handle daily propane tank equipment maintenance, including testing and data entry Handle customer account adjustments promptly and maintain up-to-date waiting logs Participate actively in inventory management, research, and collaboration with technical teams
Your Skills:
Solid knowledge of MS Office applications Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Strong decision making and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills
Your Experience:
