Administrative Assistant

Manchester, NH Are you highly detail-oriented, organized, and ready to jump into a dynamic support role? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support an upcoming project with the potential for a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional team in a collaborative office environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Temp to Possible Hire What You’ll Do Perform accurate data entry and proofreading of business documents
Scan and electronically file sales orders, packing slips, and related paperwork
Review and verify information for clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency
Provide general administrative support including document organization, copying, and scanning
Assist with preparing sales commission reports and maintaining digital files
Support additional office projects as needed Skills & Qualifications Fast and accurate typing (45+ WPM preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook; Visio a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and grammar skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
