Legal Assistant – Personal Injury
Nashua, NH Direct-Hire $54080.00 – $54080.00 Onsite Job Description We are partnering with a law office to find a full-time Legal Assistant to support attorneys with personal injury cases in State and Federal Courts. Candidates should have 1-3 years of law firm experience and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Dover, NH Pay:
$24-$26/hour ($49,920-$54,080/year, based on 40 hours/week)
Permanent Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents (letters, motions, objections)
Handle discovery and organize case files
File documents in court (electronic and in-person)
Communicate with clients, court staff, and other attorneys
Prepare files for hearings and trials
Requirements:
Experience handling personal injury cases
Contacting insurance adjusters and managing claims
Requesting and organizing medical records
Preparing medical evidence for trial
Scheduling evaluations and tracking deadlines
