What You’ll Do:

Conduct candidate phone screens and interviews Perform quality assurance calls Assist with care consultations and onboarding new clients Support Care Pro training initiatives Respond to client and caregiver inquiries Assist with job ads, business listings, and community outreach Support marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and referrals General office support
