Payables Clerk Optimum Building Systems Litchfield, NH 03052 Payables Clerk Construction company seeking full time candidate for busy office. Duties include but not limited to: Receiving invoices from vendors Checking invoices against purchase orders Entering invoices into Quickbooks Reconciling vendor statements and resolving possible discrepancies Updating job cost reports Must have minimum 5 years experience with Quickbooks Must have 5 years experience in payables Must have exceptional organization skills Must have legible writing skills Must be a team player Must be able to multi-task Hours are initially 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday but will be flexible after training period Vacation and holidays offered Benefits offered after 60 days: health (65% employer paid) Accident Dental Short term disability Benefits offered after 1 year 401K with up to 4% match Life insurance Starting pay is $27/hour
