Duties/Responsibilities:

Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary Welcomes and directs visitors and clients Maintains filing systems as assigned Ensuring all hiring/onboarding documents are complete Data entry of interview notes Assisting recruiting and other projects as needed Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment Appointment follow-up Completing daily reports Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions, including helping complete computer tasks or paperwork Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with data entry, recordkeeping and filing systems Familiarity multi-line phone systems Ability to manage calendars and support office operations

Education and Experience:

1+ year of experience in an administrative role is required

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full time (40 hours) 8-hour shift Monday – Friday No nights or weekends required

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
