Sanel NAPA is looking for a proactive and dependable Office Assistant / Supplies Clerk to help support our growing team by managing mail services, office supplies, equipment, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:

As our Office Assistant / Supplies Clerk, you’ll be the backbone of office operations—responsible for everything from daily mail pickup and drop-off to managing supply inventories across all company locations. You’ll ensure team members have the supplies they need, office equipment stays in top shape, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily mail pickup, sorting, and delivery by department Process and send outgoing mail, certified mail, FedEx/UPS shipments Maintain mail meter and statement stuffer machine Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of office supplies company-wide Oversee toner and image units for all locations, recycling empty cartridges Handle hats and name tags distribution for new team members Perform copying and printing projects as needed Schedule maintenance for office equipment Manage water bubbler service and disposable camera inventory Keep break rooms and conference areas fully stocked Assist departments with admin support and projects What You Bring to the

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and working both indoors and outdoors A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and pivot quickly Why Join Sanel NAPA?
