  • Monitoring multiple projects and tasks to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met, providing necessary resources and support for timely completion.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of software/systems to support procedural manuals and training resources. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the Collections Industry or in creating training/procedure documentation/manuals (preferred).
  • Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
