Job Summary Responsible for supervising and coordinating the administrative operations of the clinic. Work closely with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient care. Does this position require Patient Care? N Qualifications Essential Functions< Coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources. Manage and schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits for patients. Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Oversee patient registration, check-in, and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive patient experience. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and other clinic resources. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and protocols. Education High School or Equivalent Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?

No Experience Required:

Clinic/Office/Hospital Experience 3-5 years and Administrative Office Experience 3-5 years Leadership/Supervisory Experience 2-3 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and industry standards. Strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinic management software. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
