Our Contractor Services Department has an opening for a Contractor Service Coordinator.

Requirements:

As a Coordinator, you will provide oversight to ensure NFR has adequate coverage to handle all preservation orders received and manage contractor performance. Responsibilities include assigning work orders, negotiating pricing adjustments, managing performance of contractors, conducting on-boarding interviews, expediting orders and researching contractor disputes. NFR’s rapport with Independent Contractors is paramount to its success. As a coordinator, you will be at the forefront cultivating and maintaining those relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume workload, ability to evaluate information and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in default mortgage servicing is preferred. Prior experience managing a vendor network is beneficial. Excellent Customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, strong computer skills and ability to multitask are necessary.
