Reports to: Principal Job Overview The Claremont School District seeks a professional and detail-oriented Secretary to provide support to the Principal. This role encompasses a variety of clerical, managerial, and confidential administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations. The position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and maintaining effective relationships with staff, community members, and the public. This position is the first point of contact for students, parents, and vistors to Bluff. Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or possession of a GED (additional training in office management preferred).
- Extensive experience in general office operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in modern office procedures, practices, and equipment.
